Наше Товариство є громадською неприбутковою організацією і свою діяльність ми здійснюємо на підставі чинного законодавства України та Статуту організації.

Роботи із пошуку, ексгумації, перепоховання жертв війни та впорядкування існуючих поховань проводяться згідно цивільно-правових договорів з органами місцевого самоврядування, юридичними та фізичними особами, а також власним коштом.
Проведення робіт погоджується з відповідними державними інстанціями, в т.ч. і з Державною міжвідомчою комісією у справах увічнення пам’яті жертв війни і політичних репресій.

Our Society is a public unprofitable organization and we carry out the activity on the basis of current legislation of Ukraine and Regulation of our organization.

Searching works like as exhumation, re-burying victims of war and equipping with modern amenities of existent burial places, execute in obedience to civil legal agreements with the organs of local self-government, artificial and physical persons, and also own mean.Conducting of works accedes to the proper state instances, including and with the State joint committee in matters of immortalization of memory of victims of war and political repressions.
